What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store them.
Do you offer refunds?
Because messages are delivered electronically, all sales are final. That said, if something goes wrong with your order, email us at support@myscribe.net and we will make it right.
Can I choose the tone and message type?
Yes. Pick from a range of message types and tones so the result fits the moment and sounds like you.
How is my data handled?
We use the details you provide only to write your message. We do not store or share them, and payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Can I use MyScribe for work?
Absolutely. Plenty of people use it for professional emails, letters, and proposals. It works just as well for personal notes.
Can I edit the message after it is generated?
Yes. Before you pay, you will see a free preview so you know what to expect. Once you unlock the full message, that generated message is yours to keep, copy, and use however you like. You are free to change the wording on your own afterward, though generating the full message is a one-time action rather than something you regenerate repeatedly.
