These terms govern your use of MyScribe (the "Service"). By using the Service or purchasing a message, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

MyScribe uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized messages based on the details you provide. You preview a portion of your message for free and pay only to unlock the full message. We do not require an account.

Generated content is provided "as is"

Messages are generated by an AI model and are provided for your convenience without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing any message before you use it and for deciding whether it is suitable for your purpose. Do not rely on it for any purpose where an error could cause harm or loss.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service or its safeguards. We may decline or block requests that violate these terms.

Ownership of your message

Subject to your compliance with these terms, the message you purchase is yours to use. The Service itself, including its design, code, and trademarks, remains the property of MyScribe. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Payment and refunds

Each message is a one-time charge in U.S. dollars, processed by Stripe. Because your full message is generated and delivered to you immediately upon payment, all sales are final and messages are non-refundable. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability. We may change, limit, add, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyScribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the message giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyScribe harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
