We use Microsoft Application Insights to understand visits, page usage, loading times, and technical errors. It uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize a browser and connect activity across visits and sessions. This information helps us improve the service and troubleshoot problems.

Stripe checkout
When you buy a message, you leave MyScribe for Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe uses its own cookies and similar technologies for functions such as payment processing and fraud prevention. See Stripe's Cookie Policy for details.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies, or deleting them during checkout, can prevent us from connecting your payment to your draft. If you paid but cannot reach your message, contact support@myscribe.net before trying to pay again.
